Who must apply?
All applicants and occupants 18+ even if they are not financially responsible. Make sure all parties apply so the application process is not delayed or canceled.
What documents do I need?
Valid government issued ID, paystubs, accepted offer of employment, proof of supplemental income, and bank statements are the most documents required. We will request any additional documentation if applicable.
How long does the process take?
Applications time can vary as short as 24 hours but should not exceed 72 hours. Our goal is to allow a fair amount of time for communication and receipt of verifications.

Do not solely rely on the listing photos to determine if a property meets your household needs. Require your agent or ask local family or friends to assist you with viewing the property using your preferred method.

Applications are processed in the order they are completed and submitted. Backup applicants have two options, We can transfer your fee to another property OR refund your fee if your application is not processed.

You will receive communication from our office when your application is being processed. It is important to view your emails and text messages regarding the status of your application. Any additional documents needed, should be submitted to info@mredfw.com upon request.
