Three Simple Steps

From approval to move-in day.

Once you’ve been approved, here’s exactly what happens next. Each step is clear, with timelines you can plan around.

Your lease is on the way.

Your lease agreement will be delivered within 48 business hours after your payment has been received. You’ll have 48 hours to review the agreement at your convenience.

For questions regarding your lease, we’re happy to assist. To ensure we can address everything thoroughly, we kindly ask that you gather all your questions and schedule a single discussion with our office.

Make your rental payment.

Make your rental payment through the AppFolio resident portal. This includes your first month’s rent, pet deposit (if applicable), pet rent (if applicable), and your monthly benefits charge.

For payments made via the portal, please submit them at least 4 business days before your scheduled move-in date to ensure your payment clears.

Prefer to Pay on Move-In Day?

You may drop your payment in our office drop slot. Be sure to take a photo of the payment before submitting it, and ensure it is delivered no later than 4 PM. Late or after-hours payments may delay your move-in. Payments are accepted by cashier’s check or money order only.

Let’s get those keys!

After your payment has been confirmed, all tenants will receive a text from our office on your scheduled move-in date with the information needed to access your keys. The text message will be delivered before 12 PM.

The individual who has been in communication with our office during the application process will receive an invitation to perform the digital move-in inspection. Please note that only one tenant can perform the digital inspection.
